COMMUNION STEWARDS
The ministry prepares the elements of Communion, and to assist the Pastor in conducting Baptisms.
HOSPITALITY/GREETERS MINISTRY
The mission of the ministry is to welcome our guests and all persons worshipping, and/or attending special services and events at Salem UMC.
USHER MINISTRY
The ministry greets congregants and guests as they enter the Sanctuary, and assists with seating, distributing bulletins, and by providing offering envelopes and visitor Welcome Cards. The Ushers also collect the Church Offering, and assist and direct worshippers in the event of an emergency.
MUSIC MINISTRY
The ministry serves to provide spiritually uplifting and worshipful music during services at Salem through our Choirs and Hand Bells. They also support the Senior Pastor, upon request, at outside events and services. The choirs are under the guidance of Salem’s Director of Music.
